Bastide de l’Abbey is a large stone house in Vence with a magnificent view of the ocean.
It stands in the outskirts of Vence in a residential and very quiet area, giving the feeling of being in a rural environment, yet very close from the city centre. A car is recommended, there is space to park several cars. The beach is at 15 minutes by car.
The house has central heating using fuel.
There are two apartments which can be rented separately (being totally independent) for respectively 10 and 6 persons or together for a total capacity of 16 guests. The house being built on a slope, both apartments have a separate gate to the street and are at yard level. Only the upper apartment (T6) has access to the swimming pool.

La Bastide de l’Abbey est située à la périphérie de Vence dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Une voiture est recommandée, il y a plusieurs places de parking sur la propriété. La plage est à 15 minutes en voiture.
La maison a le chauffage central au fuel.
Il y a deux appartements qui peuvent être loués séparément (étant totalement indépendants et sans interférence l’un avec l’autre, chacun avec son propre jardin et accès à la rue) pour respectivement 6 ou 10 personnes; ou ensemble pour 16 personnes. Seul l’appartement supérieur (T6) a accès à la piscine.
